What impact could my dating have on post separation support?

It’s an interesting question because I see numerous cases were one parent or the other has taken up a new romantic relationship with someone of less than sterling character. That can become problematic for that party if they’re a parent. If there are no children involved it’s really usually nobody’s business. But again, it could go back to having to do with a spouse living with someone of the opposite sex –they’re triggering the assumption that spouse has a reduced need for support. The presumption assumes that this new boyfriend — girlfriend — whomever is actually contributing to the support of that spouse. That isn’t always the case, and a lot of times the presumption is rebuttable, but when we’ve got a new love interest in the picture that is of questionable character, that can cause some pretty serious problems and expect there to be some mud slinging if there’s mud to be slung.
